The helpLine service portfolio management accompanies you through the entire life cycle of your service offer, from planning through operation down to termination of a service. helpLine is certified according to PinkVERIFY for supporting service portfolio management in the current ITIL version V3.

helpLine offers a multitude of functions for the service portfolio management:

  • Service Pipeline
    All parties involved in the development process can learn with helpLine, which new services are currently scheduled.
  • Service Catalogue
    Productive services out of the service portfolio are automatically offered in the service catalogue.
  • Service Archive
    Services that were changed or terminated can still be viewed in the service portfolio.
  • Linking with technical Services
    helpLine features a multi level service model that allows to assign the required technical resources of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) as well.
  • Operational Level Agreements
    Agreements made within the service organisation are documented as Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
  • Underpinning Contracts
    You can store contracts with external service providers as Underpinning Contracts (UCs).
  • Service Costs
    helpLine evaluates costs, fees and possible earnings from the service provision and supports the comparison of scheduled and actual costs.
  • Continuous Improvement
    Evaluation of the current service data in helpLine assists in reasonable further development of your service offer.
