At CeBIT in Hanover, the IT specialists at helpLine received an incredible reception from the public, laying the foundations for a successful 2009 fiscal year!

helpLine GmbH was again represented at this year’s CeBIT in Hanover with a broad portfolio.The helpLine experts at the stand witnessed tremendous interest in helpLine’s service management solution and were delighted by visitor numbers that were again up on the previous year.
CeBIT visitors particularly flocked to the live demo of the brand new version of our service management software helpLine 4.1.6, which launches onto the market today, 3rd April 2009.The new version of helpLine increases user friendliness even more and thereby puts the company even further ahead of the competition.The focus primarily lies on the evaluation tool helpLine DashBoard, which has been completely revised and offers users a wealth of new features, such as a slideshow mode or optimised printing functions for analyses.
We are grateful to all visitors at the trade fair for their ideas and feedback, and we look forward to seeing them all again, at the very latest at the next CeBIT, which is being held in Hanover from the 2nd to the 6th of March, 2010.
